Important Notice from Jewelry Mai

— Regarding the End of Order Acceptance for New Customers and the Closure of the Nishi-Azabu Store —

Thank you very much for your continued support of Jewelry Mai.

We have ended acceptance of orders from new customers as of the end of August 2025, based on our future production capacity.

Going forward, we will continue to accept requests only from existing customers and customers introduced by them, within a reasonable scope.
Please note that depending on the details, we may not be able to accept certain requests.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or concern this announcement may cause.

Due to many years of jewelry production, which has placed considerable strain on my neck and arms, it has become difficult to continue fine detailed work for extended periods of time.
That said, I am still able to continue working for approximately four to six hours per day, taking breaks as needed depending on my condition. While I cannot accommodate a large number of requests, I will continue my work at a more measured pace.

After careful consideration, I have decided to continue my work on a smaller scale, devoting my limited time as a craftsman to the customers who have supported me over the years.

Orders from new customers have ended as of the end of August 2025.
Requests from existing customers will continue to be accepted within reasonable limits.
We will also do our best to provide repair and maintenance services for jewelry previously created by Jewelry Mai.

Store & Workshop Information

The Nishi-Azabu store closed on December 20, 2025.

From January 2026 onward, all services will be handled at our workshop (parking available / by appointment only / closed on Sundays and public holidays).
Please note that the workshop address is not publicly disclosed and will be provided only to customers with confirmed requests.

Requests by courier or mail, as well as consultations via Zoom, will continue to be available as before.

I have been a craftsman for 35 years and operated Jewelry Mai in Nishi-Azabu for 33 years.
The time I spent creating jewelry with the support of so many customers passed by in the blink of an eye and remains truly irreplaceable.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude for the many warm connections I have received over the years.

From here on, I will continue my journey at a slower pace, together with a limited number of valued customers.
I would be grateful for your continued understanding and support.
